Responsibilities
I have worked at Holmes Search since May 2015. I’ve, always been focused on the administration side, but now I’m also responsible for planning Holmes Search’s events, be it with clients, candidates or with previous placements.
Key Achievements
I really enjoyed organising the Holmes Search Boat Party, which was held in June 2018. We hosted an evening sailing along the Thames for our loyal clients and candidates. I also organise the Holmes Search West Kent Regulatory Breakfasts. These run on a quarterly basis in Sevenoaks and are well attended. They give our local compliance community an opportunity to network and be involved with a discussion led by a senior market leader within the industry.
Candidate Top Tip
Stay in touch with your recruiter. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a regular phone-call or meet up. A quick, one-line email, once a year is good enough. It will allow us to be able to give advice and suggestions or let you know of any upcoming changes within the Compliance and Financial Crime industry.
Interests Outside of Work
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 2 children and husband. We enjoy seeing friends and family and leading an active lifestyle. When I really want to unwind, there’s nothing like a good book.
